“The products and advice are very good. However, in my experience CYC has a very poor track record of delivery. For the second time I have not received my order the next day despite paying extra for the service. I gave them the benefit on the first occasion but have bee badly let down again. I will not order from them again and nor would I recommend you to do so if you are relying on delivery for a specific date. The main issue is really with their courier - DPD - who if you rersearch the internet you will see they are notoriously unreliable. However, CYC continue to use them so, in my opinion, the management take full responsibility. Presumably the costs of using DPD are attractive, but ultimately the loss of future customers will be more costly!”

“I've been using Tim (and team!) for 3-4 years but have never left any feedback for him. I must have placed 30+ orders and have never had a single issue with missing items, poor packaging or late delivery! The new website is a pleasure to use, Tim is a great guy to speak with too if I ever need any advice and DPD seem to be the best courier around at the moment with their great email notifications and 1 hour delivery windows. Keep up the great work CYC, you have a customer for life here! Russ.”

“Used regularly, based originally on the many recommendations from Detailing World. Products have always arrived next working day, using a good courier (some of them can't find us) and packaged sensibly. The price is right and the loyalty points are a nice bonus.”

“If only all online shopping was this easy. Ordered mid friday afternoon - delivered saturday morning, with excellent parcel tracking and a one hour time slot for delivery, no having to wait in all day! Thank you.”

“Clean your car, is the ultimate online car care website, without a doubt, ive been to a few sites, and CYC is unrivalled, in its products, pricing, and website organisation, its simple and fast to use, a wide range of products, they provide a fast, well communicated service, and even add a little hand written thankyou note accompanied by your order.
