“We are slowly getting a bit more choosy as we enter our autumn years. If we don't like the company or people then whatever the price we are restrained. Claytons from the outset, particularly Glynis, were professional but cosy (my wife prefers "reassuring") and when they were also the best price...well.... we were in Utopia....which apparently is close to Lincoln! The delivery guys too were great...could not do enough for us although we did pay for the premium delivery service...trust us it's worth it. There was a little mark on one of our chairs but within the week a technician was out and resolved the issue perfectly.
So as you can see we experienced the complete saga of major furniture ordering. Claytons seemingly want to make you happy...and in our case they did. Well done Claytons and particularly Glynis, the delivery guys and the technician.”

It started with friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. We were guided on the best kind of flooring for our Lounge and hallway. The free measure up service was quick and reliable. Even when we went back in and changed our mind on what flooring we were having it was not a problem. The complimentary cleaning kit was also a nice added touch that went down well with us.
Then came the fitting. Dan came and did an absolute marvellous job. He was courteous , professional and a pleasure to have in our home.

“Recently bought a bed from Claytons, had gone in looking for one size and after chatting to Ian, we realised we may be able to go up a size, we had to go home and measure the alcove correctly ( judging the gap size with a pair of toddlers wellies doesn't work so well) and we're pleased we could upside.
Ian was fantastic, so knowledgeable and helpful, we must of tried out most of the beds up there. Ian talked through different storage options and mattress types and helped us narrow it down to the bed that was perfect for our spare room.
Delivery was quick and the bed was put together my two lovely chaps, they took all the packaging away with them and made sure we were happy with everything before they left.

The whole process of my recent carpet purchase was an experience that is a rarity these days. The staff are very knowledgeable, approachable, interested in your project and able to offer advice and suggestions. The products are wide ranging and suitable for all pockets. The organisation of fitting was efficient and built into my time frame and the extra threshold that was ordered was excellent.
My fitter arrived promptly and was very personable. He was skilled and even went the extra mile when the wooden threshold was shaped to fit exactly.
