He was a very pleasant surprise compared to 2! other carpet warehouses. They didn't show that they were Happy to help, Nigel did. He gave us samples, advice, the carpets on sale, the wear each carpet would give us and more. His customer manner was the best. And we had to jiggle our dates around the work we were having done. No bother to him. He fitted (pardon the pun) our fitting date to suit us. I'm sure all Claytons representatives are good but Nigel was our type of carpet salesman. He is a credit to his boss, retired boss Derrick. Derrick was such a good carpet salesman too I worked with him when selling houses in Sleaford 34 years ago. I often thought that he looked like the guy in his advert. But back to Nigel thanks Nigel Thanks”

I was shown a range to include low medium and top ranges. There was no pressure to purchase. The quality of the sticks speak for themselves. The people were second to none on e ery level. Respectful knowledgeable giving customer the time needed no hard sales tactics. Above all I was really pleased to be given carpet samples to take away. Itherstoresdidnit provide samples which I found really disappointing.
