“Excellent service but having paid a deposit not happy that was requested to pay in full day before carpet & underlay were to be laid without even approving how it had been fitted first .I have used Clayton's since 1976 in all my houses and have always paid remaining amount with card via phone prior to carpet fitter leaving property.I would be happy to pay half the cost of the carpet instead of a small deposit if could pay remaining amount once happy with the carpet and fitting .Phil the manager approved this way for me to pay this time too once I had discussed this with him I would otherwise have cancelled my order.”

All the men who came to our home to measure up, to lay the flooring were brilliant. No slacking to chat or drink their drinks, simply got on with their work. We asked their advice about more flooring for our conservatory and they were very helpful.
