“We ordered a 3-pce suite from G-Plan via Claytons. When it arrived it was a 'Friday night job'. The settee came in three parts: there was a gap of 1.5 cms between two sections - you could see the wallpaper beyond it. The front panels were at different heights. G-Plan was conspicuously uninterested, only quoting 'acceptable tolerances'. Clayton's supported our case and though it took a long time (nine months including lockdown) the suite was replaced thanks to their persistence. We were very pleased with this service; and with operatives who delivered on their behalf.”

As this happened over lockdown they insisted they bring the furniture down with there own crew as there regular delivery providers were only doing doorstep drops. The delivery crew were fantastic worked in a safe manor and the furniture was unpacked and placed as instructed and all packaging taken away.
The whole process of ordering was easy, everything turned up and I am delighted with the products which were also priced far better than anything I could obtain locally.

“Simon at Claytons could not have been more helpful and accommodating. I had a problem with 2 chairs which needed repair (even though they were out of guarantee) He offered to repair or give a generous discount on replacements, I opted for replacements. The customer service is second to none. This day and age you get used to being told "sorry", can't help"!! I have found with Clayton's that if they say they will do something you can believe they will. Staff always helpful and friendly including delivery and warehouse staff. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.”
