“Our friends told us Claytons were the go to company for a straightforward, customer focussed service, which is exactly what we got. Friendl and helpful from walking into the showroom to saying goodbye to the fitters. AND, this better than standard service was competitively priced! If I ever need carpets in the future, I won't even waste my time shopping around - Claytons are as good as it gets.”

“Fantastic company. I have used them twice now and they will be my first choice again next time I require a new flooring. All the staff from the store to the carpet fitters are all really friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Great on price on for quality carpets.”

“Excellent Service, would Never shop anywhere else for our Home , From the Sales Staff in Home Furnishings, to the Carpet Sales Staff , not forgetting the Bed Sales , Carpet Fitter and Delivery Team . Carpet was fitted in the Morning and (What a Fantastic Job) , and 15 Minutes later Delivery Team turn up with our New Settee, and Mattress all arranged by Claytons . The Service we Received from Claytons in Lincoln is Second to None , if you are looking for Quailty and Excellent go to Claytons in Lincoln .”

“The sales team were polite and friendly whilst visiting the showroom and very helpful when we required assistance. Once we had ordered the suite, it arrived on time and the delivery team were very professional and took all the waste away without prompting. We would definitely recommend Claytons for any future purchase.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. From the day I made contact to request fabric colour samples, Ian made sure everything went smoothly. I found Claytons online as we don't live in the area but was totally reassured by the friendly and efficient service we received. Our house has difficult access and in the past we've had problems despite warning companies before they deliver so I was a little nervous on the day, but this was totally unfounded. Claytons driver called to give us an approx eta and updated us regularly. On arrival they quickly brought the furniture in and unpacked it, took the rubbish away, and even helped us move out the old furniture. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Claytons and will certainly use them next time we need new furniture.”
