The guy that served us was more than helpful.
However we were a little disappointed when the carpet fitter said I should pay £ 10 extra for laying the underlay which we provided ourselves and took less than five minutes to lay . . The fitting charge £ 49.99 was paid in store at the time of purchase. I didn't pay the £10 because I think the fitting price was adequate for a 11ft x 11ft 6inch room with no grippers to install as they were already down .
