Lots of choice and we were easily able to pick the carpet we had in mind for the nursery of our baby due in July. Nigel was awesome in store, he helped us with prices and also in choosing the right underlay. He was super helpful and was very down to earth and friendly. The carpet and fitting was then easy to book and pay for over the phone - again with Nigel once we had made our final choice. The carpet we have had fitted looks amazing, it's very thick and great quality which is just what we wanted. We have the rest of the house to recarpet and we won't hesitate in coming back to Claytons/Nigel when we are ready to do the next room!

“I had been into two other big carpet stores to ask about our options for a part concrete/ part floorboard bathroom and had been quite disappointed with the advice and quality of customer care. On one occasion the person could not even be bothered to get up and show us the carpet options. The other didn’t even offer a floor correction service. As soon as we entered Clayton Carpets we were immediately given the old style customer care we were hoping for in the previous other stores. Mick explained all the options and was brilliant in that he provided samples and energetically showed us all the options available to us. I phoned back and the person I spoke to was also really helpful and finalised the order (Neil) You just want people who show that they are interested in helping you and provide excellent customer care. Claytons still have it whilst other leading stores just don’t seem to realise the value that customer care still has for winning business. Well done Claytons - we will certainly be back!”

“We have today received our new sofa and Two snugglers, the service we have received from the start of our journey to receiving our furniture has been amazing. It started in the store... Ian Beech was our sales person in store, He gave informative information was extremely nice, overall top service.
On the day of delivery the two men who delivered our suite could not have been nicer, considerate moving the suite in our home, cleaned up, and basically gave great service, their names were Jake and Steve.
