I had been into two other big carpet stores to ask about our options for a part concrete/ part floorboard bathroom and had been quite disappointed with the advice and quality of customer care. On one occasion the person could not even be bothered to get up and show us the carpet options. The other didn’t even offer a floor correction service. As soon as we entered Clayton Carpets we were immediately given the old style customer care we were hoping for in the previous other stores. Mick explained all the options and was brilliant in that he provided samples and energetically showed us all the options available to us. I phoned back and the person I spoke to was also really helpful and finalised the order (Neil) You just want people who show that they are interested in helping you and provide excellent customer care. Claytons still have it whilst other leading stores just don’t seem to realise the value that customer care still has for winning business. Well done Claytons - we will certainly be back!
