“Lovely baby-soft blankets. I bought one in grey for evening and one in blue for daytime and had them both embroidered with little verses and baby elephants. Bay Leo loves them and they look very cute wrapped around him. Very reasonably priced too and were even softer after washing.”

“Love the products! However had an issue with a missing sheet that came with a cot bed set, received Moses sheets as a replacement and then cot sheets that are too small, kind to send replacements but still short of cot bed sheet that fits :(”

“My order was taking considerably long to arrive and there was no tracking updates so I emailed Clair de Lune and received so much help from Jessey/Jessica. She ordered me the same item again and it was dispatched the same day and delivered first thing the following morning. Couldn’t have asked for better customer service- really lovely and helpful!”

“We lost the screws/bolts for our bedside crib. I messaged Clair de Lune and an adviser called Jessey was mega helpful and sourced a spare set for me which was posted out 1st class free of charge. It was a massive help for something that was totally our fault.”

“Very impressed with the service provided byJessey, I contacted Clair de lune regarding replacement straps for my Moses basket stand as one of mine had snapped. Within less than 24 hours I had a reply from jessey advising me she would send me replacement straps free of charge as a gesture of good will all I had to do was forward her my address. True to there word I received replacement straps via Royal Mail the next day. I have never received such excellent customer service from anyone, if only there were more people/companies like this one. Many thanks again”

“I ordered a moses basket with a rocking stand. I put it up a few months later to realise the wrong stand had been sent. I called and spoke to Jessica James who sorted it promptly. I have now got the correct stand being sent out to me and have been able to keep the original stand too. Jessica was polite, apologetic and provide great customer service. Would defintely purchase from this company again!”

“I ordered 2x pram parasols and did next day delivery . I didn’t receive my package until 2 days after my order and made you guys aware I’d like a refund for the postage . It was dealt by Jessey James very quickly and I was refunded the amount which I was very impressed with how quick and how polite and sympathetic jessey was . I loved my product and although it took slightly longer to receive I was pleased overall with the service and product . Thank you”
