“The products are lovely, however the slow shipping is a problem and the lack of communication or updates seems a bit of a liberty. For larger parcels, I understand a delay, however this should be communicated before and after purchase. I had a long wait for the shipping of some bed sheets too and postage of over £4. Doesn’t seem worth it!
No issues with the actual products but the service takes away from the offering.”
