“We ordered a mosses basket from Clair de Lune which rocks and it is lovely. They sent through further ideas for the nursery and one of these was the cot changing board which was very similar to one my Father had designed 32 years ago. We have, of course, purchased Clair de Lune's changing board and look forward to it arriving”

“Two stars because although I am happy with the Moses basket, liner and sheets we bought, there were what we considered to be serious issues with the supposed “next day” delivery. We ordered a Moses basket bundle first in my partners name and paid for next day delivery as we urgently needed it; it didn’t arrive the next day. When the bundle did arrive I realised we needed a liner and some more sheets quite urgently and paid for next day delivery on the Thursday; they didn’t arrive until the following Tuesday. What I found most upsetting was that I ordered items for a baby (in this case, a very young baby) from a company that purportedly specialises in this field and I would have thought I had made it clear by paying for next day delivery that I needed these items THE NEXT DAY, not almost a week later. Overall, the items are good and do what we needed them for but we found the company very disappointing in terms of the delivery times and can’t help but think this shows a distinct disregard for the needs of parents of very young babies.”

“Made an order and heard no updates beyond the order confirmation, then messaged to ask when it was being delivered - told it was out of stock, and would be back in stock by Friday. The delivery came Thursday, so before we were told it was in stock. The parcel that's come is wrong. Mattress, sheets and protector ordered - mattress, different size protectors and no sheets delivered.”

“I fell in love with the Noah Pod💞 However everywhere I searched it seemed to be out of stock or on a pre order 🥹 and with baby due soon I was in a panic. So I sent Clair de Lune an email enquiry and had a lovely response from Rebecca Carr informing me that the Noah Pod was now in stock and ready to be shipped! I received my delivery 5 days later! We can’t wait for baby to arrive now and enjoy it ❤️”

“Bought a little bumper collection of bedding for our new baby grandson, ranging from bedside crib, cotbed, pram fitted sheets cellular blanket, all sale items, I thought they would be basic due to the price, but honestly I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, thet have washed up lovely, in the brightest crisp white, I would highly recommend. I will definitely be ordering more , thankyou”
