“I bought a Moses basket and stand bundle in the sale. However, after two weeks, nothing had arrived. I contacted customer services and was told my purchase was in their system as a 'pre-order' and that it would not be dispatched for a few more weeks. I was given the option to wait or be refunded. I decided to proceed but requested the delivery fee be refunded as the order would be considerably longer than the standard 3-5 days. The Moses basket arrived as planned a few weeks later and is great for the price. It's just a shame the delays were not communicated to me and I had to seek out answers.”

“Looks lovely and good quality for a reasonable price. The fact that it comes with the fitted sheets and a blanket is really handy too. So lightweight and easy to move which is really useful as well.
Only issue was that the basket didn’t fit onto the base when we fixed the plastic holders with the central holes as the instructions suggested, but it was an easy fix to adjust to using the outer holes.”
