“Competent and friendly people with whom to deal. They ACTUALLY ANSWER THE PHONE TOO! Wow! This is a rarity with insurance companies nowadays so until they expand and set up a zero-hours call centre in Mumbai/Manchester, I’m sticking with them!!”

“Choose this insurance company as they came up with the best price however find it strange that they are part of the LV group of insurance companies yet I was with LV and they could not match it reason to always look for another deal when your insurance comes up they only look after new customers not existing one’s. So now I do this with any renewal, why pay more than you need too look around there is always a better deal than your existing one because they think you won’t look”

“Good value for money and helpful telephone service. Only criticism is I got a final postal reminder for evidence of no claims but hadn’t been aware of any previous request.”
