“Absolutely rubbish. You will get £50 fee penalty if you cancel your insurance cover in less that 14 days (in fact less than 24 hours) cooling off period.”

We regret to hear that you had a negative experience with us. Unfortunately you failed to disclose a previous claim on your policy and your premium inevitably increased as a result. It was then your own choice to cancel the policy. Best regards, City Insurance
