“A good price and helpful”

“After giving all my relevant details which to the best of my knowledge were correct as required by law, the agreed cost I was called for had Bern raised more than 3 times what had at first been agreed to. As I depend on my vehicle to maintain my rather simple livelihood I had no choice but to pay up. By the way I could not afford this and as such was assisted by an outsider otherwise I may have been completely destitute. All this in spite of the fact I once (in 1999) had insurance as a driver in London Streatham area with no claims. I found all this to be very unfair. I've been a driver more than 3 decades.”

“I have always found the Winchester representatives to be clear, informative, courteous and willing to individualise their advice. They appear to apply a 'no nonsense' approach and even, on occasions, provide information which may not directly benefit their company: this does however encourage an on-going loyalty beyond the immediate circumstance. Thank you.”
