“Service was good but hidden in the terms and conditions I didn't realise there was a £50 non refundable fee regardless of whether you cancel within the 14 day cooling off period. Make sure you definitely want the policy before you buy and take this into consideration if you might be making changes to the policy soon that may increase the cost as you'd lose £50 straight away for cancelling along with any other cancellation fees”

“This is a broker and they use creation finance to finance their offers. Policy is made more expensive. I missed my 10th month payment, 3 days later I got a letter stating my insurance had been cancelled and I lost out on a years no claims.”
