We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Bought as a gift for a friend in Malta, as I took her a pack of dark chocolate seeds and nuts earlier this year and she really enjoyed them, and asked for more.”

“Fish and Chips. What a great idea! Having been greatly amused to receive the gift of chocolate fish and chips - and enjoyed eating them - I then ordered two packs of fish and chips as gifts for a friend and family member. They were both surprised and delighted. My fiend proudly showed her gift to her family, but found that they had tested some of the chips themselves!”

“Chococo has become my preferred chocolate treat. The flavours are amazing and the chocolate is delicious, the candied orange segments are my personal favourite, although the fresh selection boxes are also gorgeous. The added bonus is no unnecessary packaging and an ethical approach to business”

We're really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your box. As we’re unsure which box you ordered or which chocolates you were expecting, it's difficult to comment about your particular experience. We do sometimes need to make small substitutions in our themed boxes, especially as all our chocolates are handmade in small batches. This is noted on our website, but we completely understand it can still be disappointing if a favourite or expected flavour is not there. If you had contacted our friendly customer care team at the time, they would have been happy to look into this for you and help resolve it.

“I’m a long-time customer but felt I had to leave a review as my recent order was even lovelier than usual. I’m a big fan of the chocolate fish in a tin - they make great presents! In addition, this time I tried the triple chocolate slabs and they were amazing - really intense milk chocolate flavour without being too sweet”

“I ordered hot chocolate flakes and a selection box of chocolates. The box of chocolates was delicious and a lovely treat for all. The hot chocolate flakes are for me to enjoy, I add a touch of cardamom as it’s my favourite spice.”

“The website is easy to use, the service is excellent and the chocolates are wonderful. I like to addition of smaller specialist boxes as well, like the ginger chocolates as I have a friend who loves ginger. The fact that I'm supporting a GENUINE artisan company is important too. Before I found Chcoco I used a couple of companies who weren't as artisan as they pretended, so I never used them again. So, well done the Chococo team and I wish you all the best in this very difficult enonomic environment.”

“Delicious brownies - they don't last long in my house! Chocolates were lovely as well. I would have perhaps preferred some pate de fruit in the fruity chocolates as there were many fillings with white chocolate ganache with different jam flavours - still delicious but I would have liked a bit more variety. Among my favourites were the pink pepper and the honeycomb chocolates. Lovely!”
