About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Lovely flavours and the presentation is superb. Definitely habit-forming. We also really like the ethical credentials as we don't want our chocolates full of palm oil.”

“I ordered the 70% Dark chocolater drops which I had been waiting to be produced. They are really, really nice drops but I felt they were rather on the small side. Would rather have had less drops but larger.”

Thank you for your review and feedback. We understand the drops are on the smaller side, this is due to the fact that they are primarily used for baking! We're glad, despite the size, that you still enjoyed the quality of our chocolate.

“Delivery address was my daughter, and the chocolate was a birthday present. Delivery was fine, I got the notifications, and she ws happy to guess it was from me. No feedback on the eating yet!”

“Chocolate quality is great! But the Easter eggs weren't shipped very well, placed right against the side of the box instead of bubble wrapped in the middle so some arrived broken. I bought them on sale so it didn't matter much. Still very happy with what I ordered though.”

“I ordered a large box of Chococo’s limited-edition summer chocolates and, suffice it to say, they did not disappoint. In fact, they didn’t last long at all. Chococo’s chocolate is beautifully balanced but utterly moreish. The box brought together ganaches, creams, truffles and even pâte de fruit in combinations that felt fresh and innovative, while still being completely delicious rather than gimmicky. LOVE THEM!”

“My Order didn't arrive until 2 days after my preferred date. I contacted Customer Service and received a response which pretty much said 'we can't guarantee a delivery day, so that's just tough'. Sadly this is the sort of reply you get from many people in Customer Service nowadays. They have your money, so they're not bothered after that. I definitely won't be using Chococo in the future.”

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear your order arrived later than expected. Unfortunately, your order was placed during the hottest time of the year (so far!) and had we shipped your order earlier, its likely the chocolate would have arrived completely melted! As stated in our email to you, we did have a warning on the website at the time your order was placed, explaining that orders were currently on hold and they would be sent once the temperature cooled. I hope this helps!

“Thank you Chococo - My Aunt's parcel arrived in Marlow in perfect order and in perfect time. My wonderful Auntie Joan was absolutely thrilled to receive her beautiful chocolate gift hamper from Chococo that included an array of very special treats. She was particularly taken with one item - she said that in all her 103 years she had never ever received a real chocolate birthday card!”

“Lovely brand that has clearly devoted considerable love and care into the development of its products. The ingredients are ‘clean’, without unnecessary additives. It thoroughly recommend the 80% dark chocolate drops: they are ‘giant’ size which are impossible to find these days unless you want a lower cacao content. They’re absolutely perfect. I also bought the dark chocolate turtles. These are a present, so can’t report back. And finally I bought the 100% Madagascar dark chocolate bar. Unfortunately, I didn’t like this. I love 100% dark chocolate drops, but this didn’t do it for me. Has a curious taste which I just didn’t like. But a tremendous brand. I love it.”
