We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Ordered the wrong Easter Eggs for my wife (my fault entirely). Tried several times to contact Chococo on the telephone and no call was ever answered. Emailed their Customer Care Team 11 days ago and still awaiting any kind of acknolwedgement / response.”

“Chocolate was great but the packaging was awful - unsustainbable and filled with polysterine. As someone purchaisng a Plant based chocloate i dont really want to see loads of polysterine in the packaging - other Chocolate manufacturers manage to safley deliver their eggs/product using shreded carbaord or paper which is”

“I ordered an Easter egg on 26th March, with standard delivery which the website suggested would be more than enough time for the egg to arrive for Easter. However the egg did not arrive until 7th April - two days after Easter! While the quality of the egg is good, I’m disappointed in the speed of delivery and lack of communication about any delays. It’s a shame as it will make me think twice about ordering anything from Chococo again.”

“On the online order form I entered a Bristol delivery address and a London billing address. Chococo informed me that they had shipped the package to a nonexistant postal box in Bristol. So, the package was never delivered to the intended recipient, and Chococo have not replied to my phone calls. Very, very poor service.”
