We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Consistently fabulous chocolates. Customer service is excellent too both online and in the Horsham store. Highly recommend as a gift or to treat yourself. The mini praline eggs at Easter were amazing”

“I ordered a box of large fresh chocolates and an Easter egg and as always they were heavenly. I have tried other brands of chocolates but always return to Chococo because the selection and quality of the their boxed chocolates is the best. Their gift selections are also fabulous a lovely little treat for family and friends and of course the chocolate is first rate.”

“I love Chococo. Always buy a selection of easter eggs for the family and occasionally at other times. Always great quality chocolate, a good range of products and delivery is as expected. My 'children' now aged 20 still love the dinosaur eggs and chocolate robots. I'd love them to bring back the chocolate hen though.”

As for the chocolate hen… you’ll be happy to hear that our Spring Chickens were available for Easter and are now strutting their stuff as an ongoing item! So don’t be shy, it’s the perfect time to fill your coop and bring the chocolate hen back into the family nest 🐔 💗️

Thank you for your review, though we were surprised to read it, given your most recent kind email in response to what occurred. As acknowledged in our emails, we’re truly sorry your experience fell short this time. We missed two eggs in packing, one arrived damaged, and your first email unfortunately didn't reach us - a perfect storm of errors, and absolutely not the service we aim to provide, and we were glad we were able to refund you in full once the issue was identified. We really appreciated your gracious response in our email exchange, particularly your suggestion to support our growers instead of accepting a refund - that meant a lot. While your review paints a much starker picture, please know we took your concerns seriously and did all we could to make things right. Thank you again for your past support and we hope we can restore your confidence in us in future.

“I ordered the fossil easter egg for my husband, he absolutely loved it. The chocolate was super thick and looked lovely. They also sent a free bar of vegan chocolate which was delicious, I'd never have expected it to taste that good but it did! Will definitely be ordering for more birthdays and easters.”

“They were great Easter bunny and hen for my nephews, I chose this site due to one of my nephews being dairy intolerant so being able to buy oat chocolate for him was great as he was able to eat chocolate without the consequences.”

“As a loyal fan, I would have given this a 5-star review a couple of years ago. However, this year, I’m disappointed with the quality of the chocolate and the fact that one of my Easter eggs arrived broken. I missed the two-week window to let them know, but I was still let down. In previous years, the eggs had a gorgeous, delicate layered quality that could tell they were handmade. This year, the texture and taste seemed different, and I was less impressed than in the past. I fear that with company growth, there has been a decrease in quality and care.”

Thank you for your feedback, we're really sorry to hear you were disappointed. We’re especially sorry one of your eggs arrived damaged, that’s never the experience we want for our customers. Had we known in time, we could have put this right for you. Please rest assured there has been no decrease in the quality or care we put into our chocolates; they are still made in Dorset in small batches, using the same single-origin chocolate and thoughtful attention to detail as always. We're sorry if you thought there was a difference, and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.
