We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“We've been ordering ethical chocolates from Chococo for a while now and all family loves them. Cocoa is sourced with care for farmers, it's beautifuly packed (no plastic!) and it always tastes great!”

Oh, we're sorry to read this. We always strive to exceed expectations, so if you had let us know where we fell short, we’d have been more than happy to put things right. Unfortunately, this review doesn’t really give us much to go on. We want to make sure everyone is as delighted with our chocolates as we hope them to be but need to know what these expectations are 😊️

“We had bought these chocolates in previous years. They have reduced in size dramatically so we have turned them into table decorations thos year and will not buy them again”

Thank you for your feedback. To clarify, both our standard 175g eggs and our giant 400g eggs have been the same size and weight for years. It seems there may have been a mix-up, but we can assure you that the eggs you purchased this year are the same as in 2022. That said, we’re genuinely impressed by your creativity in turning 12 chocolate eggs into table decorations – that’s nearly 2.5kg of chocolate! We’re sure your diners had a Chococo feast, even if they didn’t have room for much more afterwards!

Thank you for your feedback, and we’re really sorry to hear that your gift reached the recipient later than expected. We’ve checked the tracking information and can confirm that the parcel was delivered by Royal Mail on the estimated delivery date provided at checkout. It seems the delay may have occurred within the hospital itself, and we're truly sorry it took longer to reach the recipient. Given the circumstances, we hope you understand that hospitals likely prioritize other matters and it is not a reflection on our delivery service.

“I’ve ordered from chococo multiple times before, as always the product was great. However, customer service was poor. It’s also worth being aware that should you need to return your purchase this will have to be at your own expense. Not the service you’d expect from a premium brand.”

Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you’ve enjoyed our products before. We apologise for the inconvenience regarding your recent order. As advised at the time, we were unable to locate your parcel at the time because it had already been packed and labelled, and was due to be despatched imminently. Unfortunately, as noted in our Order Confirmation, we’re unable to make changes to orders once they’ve been processed, which is why changing the delivery address two days later was not possible. Regarding returns, it’s not uncommon for customers to cover return shipping costs, and we always aim to make the process as smooth as possible. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide a better experience in the future.
