We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“I had the millionaire shortcake, it was delicious but the only issue I had was the chocolate didn't stay on, it was loose so we had to eat the chocolate separately. It all lasted lovely but I wouldn't order it again if it is the same.”

“No complaints about chocolates, but delivery is not good. I appreciate this is not down to Chococo, but my order of various Easter Bunnies for my family finally turned up on 9 April after everyone had gone home! I live in Wareham, but decided that by ordering online I would be more certain of getting the items I wanted, just a week before Easter. Delivery date was changed several times, parcel was at one point in Bristol and was finally delivered on a day I was away and not on the day I had asked for. I realise this is the Post Office, not Chococo, but it was disappointing. At least the bunnies all had a long BB date so the grandchildren will still enjoy them.”

Unfortunately, our courier takes all of our parcels to the Bristol Royal Mail Sorting Office, which I appreciate is a pain for yourself since you're only round the corner! “Dinosaur eggs were very nice but I was sent the wrong egg. It was a chocolate orange egg and I really dislike chocolate orange so I would not have ordered it. I ordered a triple chocolate one but the rest of my family enjoyed it.”

“Lovely chocolate. I do miss the edible glitter decoration you used a few years ago, though. One of my bunnies also arrived with the bottom half broken, which was disappointing. Though that may have been the PO’s fault. Overall, I do love your chocolate and your products.”

We have used our plastic-free packaging format for our eggs for a number of years now with only a very small number of damages, which are more to do with how the items are handled in transit rather than the fault of the packaging. If you had let us know, we would've been more than happy to resolve this issue for you.

“They’re beautiful and delicious my coeliac son is very happy with them! But I thought they were all milk chocolate, he doesn’t like dark and they are mixed. So it’s a shame as he won’t eat the dark ones.”

“I found there to be some exquisite flavours in my chocolate box choice but found the dark chocolate ones to feel gritty in the mouth and didn't melt as one would expect it left behind small, solid bits.”
