“I found there to be some exquisite flavours in my chocolate box choice but found the dark chocolate ones to feel gritty in the mouth and didn't melt as one would expect it left behind small, solid bits.”

“Have been a mega fan of Chococo for a very long time. Usually love the big boxes of chocolates and all of the choices, but this selection box had too many kirsch/marzipan/sour cherry flavours which I don’t like. The other chox were great as always - Dorset Sea Salt a personal fave.”

“My daughter loved her chocolate penguin. Super tasting chocolate. Excellent service. Penguin's beak was broken off but this was probably done in transet. My daughter said it was well packaged so couldn't think how it could have happened. I would certainly recomend this company.”

“They weren't for me but a present for someone but they looked great and the box was beautifully designed. They seemed nearly as good as the Chocolate Society ones which is high praise indeed!”

“The chocolates were delicious with many unique flavours - beautifully presented in a stylish box. The only trouble is I struggled to identify what each one was as there’s so many similar designs due to huge library they feature in each box. So I’ll only be buying the boxes where I know exactly what’s in each box in future.”

“Lovely chocolates and especially brillant as each day is different! I have been enjoying comparing to the back images and my partner and I trying to figure out which it is before checking the answer sheet - though the names have been different which is confusing. Only 4 stars as unfortunately one of my chocolates was crushed and the runny caramel stuck to the inside of the window. The doors themselves have not ripped perfectly open however not as bad as revealing other windows. I will definitely be buying next year's version - I hope by then teething issues with the first years version will be improved. It would also be nice to have some white chocolate and more milk chocolates (or oat m!lk).”

“I'd score the chocs themselves 5/5, great selection of really interesting and different flavours Knocking a star off as you get a random assortment of what they are making at the moment, and a card of the full range - means you have to find the chocs you've got from a bigger 2 sided card. The markings aren't that clear and it's a bit of a faff, so much so we've taken to random pot lucking them !”

“Bought the plant based advent calendar. Like the new design - feels more like an advent calendar than a box of chocolates. Lovely flavour choices. My only reservation is that the doors are quite difficult to open and tear into each other which is a shame. It was also a bit squashed on one corner when it arrived despite reasonable packaging.”

“I particularly like the milk chocolate, but have to avoid it as it's too more-ish! The dark is also good, but I was disappointed by the milk chocolate with corn... too chewy, and just doesn't work IMHO. Great presentation and service though😊”

“Your chocolate is a treat but I was disappointed with the box. that arrived with a large label on it for tracking , as it was bought for a present .Perhaps it could be sent in a wrapper please ?”

Thank you for your feedback. The Letterbox Bar Gift Set is designed to be sent directly to the recipient as a surprise; it’s not really intended to be a gift you receive first to pass on. That way, the recipient gets the treat straight through their letterbox, exactly as we intended. We hope that you were able to wrap the bars yourself and thank you for gifting Chococo 💛️

“Very limited choice of mid-range / larger gift packs - most were out of stock. The courier tried to deliver on a date that was several days earlier than the scheduled delivery date - person was away - but was delighted when it arrived on the next scheduled delivery date”

Thank you, we're so pleased the recipient loved their gift. We offer a small curated range of hampers and gift selections, but many of our customers prefer to create their own – after all, all of our chocolates are gift-worthy, whether bundled by us or chosen individually. As for delivery, the service selected was our "ships next working day" option, which we fulfilled as scheduled. All our delivery dates are estimated, and while couriers may occasionally attempt delivery earlier than expected, tracking is provided throughout to help manage this.
