Thank you! Yes, our fresh chocolates are made with fresh ingredients and so have a short shelf life, but they don't tend to hang around for long any way 😁️

“Chocolate itself is very good but you could do with leaving the nibs off. This adds nothing to the experience and deflects from the flavour of the actual bar.”

Thank you, it's fab to hear that you love our Gorgeous Gold caramelised white chocolate. We add the cocoa nibs to give a wonderful intense cocoa crunch and pure, unsweetened hit to balance the sweetness of the gold chocolate, plus they add a tantalising texture to each bite. We think it's a glorious flavour combo, but if you'd rather the gold without, you can get drops, robots and other formats to enjoy it in its pure form!

“I bought the summer collection as a gift for my husband. I am thrilled with the box that he received. The number of chocolates was amazing and so different from your usual boxes of chocolates. My only disappointment was that we had to search quite a bit for the actual flavour of the chocolate chosen (the menu listed more than the box contained) and, whilst understandable, we were a little bit disappointed with the short "Best before" date.”

Thank you, we're so pleased you loved this box. Our boxes are made up to templates from our main seasonal menu of approximately 40 different chocolates which are all handmade using the freshest local & ethically sourced ingredients on a cyclical basis. By definition, we cannot fit all the flavours in every box, given our largest box contains 25 chocolates. To cut down on paper waste, we print seasonal menus, rather than individual box menus so it may take a few seconds more to see your chocolate, but we're saving trees here! Our chocolates are fresh, that's why you've got to eat them quickly (as if they every hang around very long any way) 😊️

“I was a bit disappointed with my mystery box this time round. There were no filled chocolates and mainly milk chocolate, not much dark. The last box had much more variety. What there was tasted nice though!!”

Our limited stock mystery boxes come jam-packed with handcrafted chocolates and are a great way to explore our range for a special discounted price. They can contain items from right across our range, including handcrafted chocolates, seasonal items, sale products and everything else! No two boxes are the same and the fun is in the mystery!

“I ordered two Easter eggs for my young nieces and they were delighted with them, I bought these because of the concept behind with the fossils and sea creatures being inside of the egg (something different) and being made in the UK. I've never heard of this brand before so thought I'd take a risk as it randomly came up as an advert through my social media. The only negative was the postage, it was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address, I did have to sort that out myself.”

“Unfortunately, due to the vagaries of the Royal Mail, the order is still awaiting delivery. It arrived at the local distribution depot before Easter, but Royal Mail would not deliver to the address.”

“The chocolate is divine and we love the packaging, ethos and designs. It’s beautiful. Had a scare with delivery as it wasn’t sent for 5 days after I ordered it. Thankfully arrived in time and was part refunded which was kind, but would be good to have been told you ran out of postage boxes rather than left in the dark.”

Thank you, we're so glad that you love Chococo and sorry about the delayed despatch. As we have a small team and limited resources, sadly it's not feasible to advise each customer about slight delays, and your delivery was made only two days after the estimated 3-5 day delivery window. We would always encourage selecting a 1st Class delivery even if ordering a week before big gifting events like Easter & Christmas just to reduce the risk of parcels sitting in the Royal Mail system.

“Fantastic eggs, beautifully made. The vegan one slightly too strong a taste for my 8 yr old son, (allergic to milk) but my daughter and I loved the milk choc one! I perfected the dark chocolate actually.”

“Bought a Dino easter egg for my partner. He loved the richness of the chocolate and thought the idea was really cool! He loved fossils and dinosaurs as a kid so it seemed like a perfect choice. Very expensive but you can tell the quality of it.”

“One of two Easter tubes was delivered very promptly to EX17, but the one for Bristol didn't get delivered until April 11th, after Easter. Can you explain, and I just hope that your delicious chocolates had not suffered during the delay.”

Sorry that one of your orders was delayed in transit. As we've advised privately, both parcels were despatched at the same time, but one was held up at Royal Mail's Bristol depot, however the items won't have been adversely affected. Sorry that we were let down by Royal Mail in this instance.

“I purchased one of the dinosaur/fossil eggs for my partner as well as a few small bits for myself. The chocolate was of excellent quality, and I received really clear communication throughout about order processing and delivery. Unfortunately, the egg was broken when it arrived. This somewhat ruined the surprise for my partner when they opened it. I appreciate that can happen to fragile purchases during transit, but I do think the box was a little over full which may have led to the breakage. Nonetheless, I would absolutely order products from Chococo again if I was in the market for excellent quality chocolate!”

“Hi the eggs are lovely. I ordered 10 for family and friends and all bar one arrived whole - unfortunately one was smashed which was a shame as they are so pretty and the reveal of the inner characters in the shell was slightly ruined. But taste was excellent. Thanks”
