We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Great chocs and all that, but I made a mistake on my order, ordered milk instead of dark, realised straight away but couldn't cancel or change it online. Sent email but didn't get a reply for 4 days. I know it's your policy that a customer can't change an order but this would be a nice thing to add in the future if you're thinking of taking your customer service to the next level.”

We're so pleased that you like our chocolates and sorry that we weren't able to change your order. It's not a policy, but simply a system issue. We do all we can to manually resolve issues for customers before orders are despatched and in this instance we simply weren't able to intervene in time, so we're sorry about that. Our customer care team are only available Monday to Friday, so any emails received from Friday evening and over the weekend won't be seen until the Monday. By that time your order had been packed and despatched as per the order.

“Delicious, but thought expensive for the amount of Chocolate included - the “large” box did not really meet expectations although extremely good. Order delayed due to Bank Holiday, but even then late despite paying for 1st. Class postage.”

The large box contains 25 of these beauties. We despatched your order the next working day as promised and your delivery arrived the day after, so there wasn't a delay - less than 24 hours from despatch to delivery.

“Amazing fresh chocolates but didnt realise the very short shelf life. So tricky getting for a birthday present in advance as the date ran out before the birthday.”

We're so glad that you thought they were amazing, but sorry you missed all the alerts we put on our product pages for our fresh chocolates! We clearly show the 'Eat by' date on the photo and state that they contain fresh ingredients so they need to be eaten quickly. You can even select a delivery date in the future so we deliver our freshest chocolates when you want them, just perfect to order for birthdays!

Thank you! Our Cheeky Monkey Chocolate Bar is handcrafted with our Oat M!lk chocolate, studded with sweet, crunchy banana chips and sprinkled with cinnamon, so the banana flavour should come through from the chips.

“Chocolate itself is very good but you could do with leaving the nibs off. This adds nothing to the experience and deflects from the flavour of the actual bar.”

Thank you, it's fab to hear that you love our Gorgeous Gold caramelised white chocolate. We add the cocoa nibs to give a wonderful intense cocoa crunch and pure, unsweetened hit to balance the sweetness of the gold chocolate, plus they add a tantalising texture to each bite. We think it's a glorious flavour combo, but if you'd rather the gold without, you can get drops, robots and other formats to enjoy it in its pure form!

“I bought the summer collection as a gift for my husband. I am thrilled with the box that he received. The number of chocolates was amazing and so different from your usual boxes of chocolates. My only disappointment was that we had to search quite a bit for the actual flavour of the chocolate chosen (the menu listed more than the box contained) and, whilst understandable, we were a little bit disappointed with the short "Best before" date.”

Thank you, we're so pleased you loved this box. Our boxes are made up to templates from our main seasonal menu of approximately 40 different chocolates which are all handmade using the freshest local & ethically sourced ingredients on a cyclical basis. By definition, we cannot fit all the flavours in every box, given our largest box contains 25 chocolates. To cut down on paper waste, we print seasonal menus, rather than individual box menus so it may take a few seconds more to see your chocolate, but we're saving trees here! Our chocolates are fresh, that's why you've got to eat them quickly (as if they every hang around very long any way) 😊️

“I was a bit disappointed with my mystery box this time round. There were no filled chocolates and mainly milk chocolate, not much dark. The last box had much more variety. What there was tasted nice though!!”

Our limited stock mystery boxes come jam-packed with handcrafted chocolates and are a great way to explore our range for a special discounted price. They can contain items from right across our range, including handcrafted chocolates, seasonal items, sale products and everything else! No two boxes are the same and the fun is in the mystery!

“I ordered two Easter eggs for my young nieces and they were delighted with them, I bought these because of the concept behind with the fossils and sea creatures being inside of the egg (something different) and being made in the UK. I've never heard of this brand before so thought I'd take a risk as it randomly came up as an advert through my social media. The only negative was the postage, it was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address, I did have to sort that out myself.”

“Unfortunately, due to the vagaries of the Royal Mail, the order is still awaiting delivery. It arrived at the local distribution depot before Easter, but Royal Mail would not deliver to the address.”

“The chocolate is divine and we love the packaging, ethos and designs. It’s beautiful. Had a scare with delivery as it wasn’t sent for 5 days after I ordered it. Thankfully arrived in time and was part refunded which was kind, but would be good to have been told you ran out of postage boxes rather than left in the dark.”

Thank you, we're so glad that you love Chococo and sorry about the delayed despatch. As we have a small team and limited resources, sadly it's not feasible to advise each customer about slight delays, and your delivery was made only two days after the estimated 3-5 day delivery window. We would always encourage selecting a 1st Class delivery even if ordering a week before big gifting events like Easter & Christmas just to reduce the risk of parcels sitting in the Royal Mail system.
