About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Terrible customer service . I emailed 3 times and left 2 voicemails with no reply . My order on 30th March ( paid extra for next day delivery arrived on 10th April. A week late for my Easter gifts which I had to go out and but again late on Easter Saturday afternoon”

“The quality of chocolate is always lovely, and the medium box of assorted chocolates turned up in great order. The Easter egg, on the other hand, was in pieces on arrival, which was disappointing as it was a gift.”

“The Assorted Easter Chocolate Hamper Bag we ordered was full of delicious chocolates. Some of them were the wrong ones, but after contacting their amazing customer service (Lewis), they sent me the correct ones. I like that their chocolates are ethical, made with good ingredients and locally. I am already thinking which ones I will buy again (Full of Beans chocolate bar is definitely on my list). Thank you.”

“The dinosaur eggs were fantastic. Variety of white, milk and bitter dark chocolate. Sent an egg over to Australia to family who used to live near Lyme Regis. The secret dinosaurs and fossils amazed the children.”

“Was very disappointed in inclusion of titanium dioxide in ingredients (banned in EU and listed as a possible carcinogen). Unnecessary, and led to recipient deciding not to eat the egg. Brand has a "healthy" image, but this didn't live up to it.”

Thank you for your review. We're really sorry that we had to use titanium dioxide for a small amount of orders, including yours. Unfortunately, we were let down by our supplier of our usual ingredient, which meant we had to use what we had on site. We completely understand the disappointment as it's not an ingredient we regularly use, but in this case we were forced to, in order to fulfil all of our orders.
