About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“On the online order form I entered a Bristol delivery address and a London billing address. Chococo informed me that they had shipped the package to a nonexistant postal box in Bristol. So, the package was never delivered to the intended recipient, and Chococo have not replied to my phone calls. Very, very poor service.”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we don't have time to check every address on every order is correct, so we process the order as it arrives to us. We weren't made aware that the delivery address was incorrect, before we shipped it to you. Apologies for not being able to return your calls, we were extremely busy over the Easter period, but we did get back to you via email and resolved this for you.

“Ordered two Easter eggs, quite last minute. Were delivered on time, lovely chocolate. Sadly, one of them was shattered. That was quite disappointing.”

“Excellent quality chocolate. Delivery was excellent, arrived with plenty of time to spare for Easter. Presentation of the product was lovely, and there was a good selection to choose from. I appreciate being able to purchase from an independent British company who clearly care about their product. I will be back for more delicious treats!”
