About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Firstly, the chocolate is delicious and customer service excellent. There were no quibbles about a mistake made with my order- thank you. Sadly, the Dinosaur egg was broken when it arrived but that could easily have been a problem with the carrier. Will order again”

“Terrible service. Don’t bother with the preferred day delivery option as they will send your items after that. And they don’t reply to emails - I emailed three times with no response. I won’t be ordering again and I have been a customer since the beginning.”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we faced an issue with the production of one of the products you ordered, which meant you order left later than intended. I'm sorry this ended up arriving after Easter. We were in contact from the 2/4 to 8/4 updating you on your order and offering you to return your order at no additional cost. I'm not sure what emails you're referring to that weren't replied to. We're sorry to see you go, we appreciate the support up until now.

“Ordered the wrong Easter Eggs for my wife (my fault entirely). Tried several times to contact Chococo on the telephone and no call was ever answered. Emailed their Customer Care Team 11 days ago and still awaiting any kind of acknolwedgement / response.”

“Chocolate was great but the packaging was awful - unsustainbable and filled with polysterine. As someone purchaisng a Plant based chocloate i dont really want to see loads of polysterine in the packaging - other Chocolate manufacturers manage to safley deliver their eggs/product using shreded carbaord or paper which is”

Thank you for your comment, unfortunately this isn't correct. We've added some new Eco Flo protective chips or 'packing peanuts' in with orders to add extra protection. They're 100% biodegradable, 100% compostable and dissolve in water so can be disposed of sustainably. There are lots of different ways to use them - you can put them on the compost heap, add water and use them to water plants, or just pop them in the bin and they'll naturally biodegrade. As always, all of our packaging is plastic-free & recyclable!

“I ordered an Easter egg on 26th March, with standard delivery which the website suggested would be more than enough time for the egg to arrive for Easter. However the egg did not arrive until 7th April - two days after Easter! While the quality of the egg is good, I’m disappointed in the speed of delivery and lack of communication about any delays. It’s a shame as it will make me think twice about ordering anything from Chococo again.”
