“Chocolate was mostly good however I was a bit disappointed with the 'gift wrapping' which I paid extra for, it was only a thin bit of tissue paper which you'd kind of expect to be in a parcel anyway..”

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the chocolate, but we’re sorry to hear there was disappointment around the gift wrap. The “With Love” gift sleeve you selected is a printed cardboard wrap shown on our website, rather than traditional wrapping paper, and the tissue paper is simply part of our standard packing process. If the gift sleeve was missing from your order, our customer care team would have been very happy to put that right, so please do reach out if this was the case. “Everything I have bought from Chococo has been lovely. Obviously Advent boxes have not been opened yet, but last year's were very nice. The Halloween owl for my grown-up daughter was received with delight, and displayed on her Instagram account! She loved the beautiful box, and said the gold-washed milk chocolate bird was almost too pretty to eat - but only almost!”

“Your chocolate is a treat but I was disappointed with the box. that arrived with a large label on it for tracking , as it was bought for a present .Perhaps it could be sent in a wrapper please ?”

Thank you for your feedback. The Letterbox Bar Gift Set is designed to be sent directly to the recipient as a surprise; it’s not really intended to be a gift you receive first to pass on. That way, the recipient gets the treat straight through their letterbox, exactly as we intended. We hope that you were able to wrap the bars yourself and thank you for gifting Chococo 💛️

“I ordered the Millionaires shortbread and it was delicious and came in one piece no breakages which was great as it was supposed to be an alternative to a birthday cake for someone allergic to eggs.”

“I bought these chocolates as a gift. The pesetation was superb but the pachaing had signs of some wear and tear sustained I suspect in transit which was not ideal. The delivery was prompt hoever.”
