We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Thèse are Lovely chocolates But very expensive and don't represent good value, I paid nearly £21 for 16 chocolates. There are other upmarket brands where you would get a lot more chocolates for that money.”

Thank you we're so glad you loved our chocolates. Our delicious raisetrade chocolate is sustainable, slave free & ethical and our chocolates are hand-crafted, hand-decorated and hand packed into planet friendly, plastic-free packaging. Not all other 'upmarket' brands do this! We think they're worth every penny.

“The only time I've had vegan chocolate as good as the original. We used to come to chococo on family holidays when I was younger, a decade later I was delighted when they turned up on a search for vegan chocolate. Now I've tried it I'm not surprised, it blows supermarket and other mass produced chocolate out the water! The taste instantly took me back to holidays in Swanage. not sure how they've managed it when I've had so much bad vegan chocolate, theirs just taste brilliant, regular, just like I remember. Thanks for making it. My only wish is you did vegan truffles! Or vegan fruit and nut! Ah I just want more.”

That's fantastic to hear, thank you. Our 43% Colombia Oat M!lk chocolate is plant-based & vegan-friendly, great for non-dairy customers who want a creamier, sweeter tasting chocolate than dark chocolate. We love this chocolate as it has clean creamy flavour notes with a hint of caramel and when we were testing it blind, most people couldn't tell that it wasn't a classic milk chocolate! Even better, it is made with gluten-free oat powder and so is gluten-free, dairy-free, soya-free and nut-free...happy days! We use it in quite a few of our handmade chocolates, so you can find delicious flavour combinations made with oat m!lk chocolate in our boxes, as well as our bars and novelties.

We're so glad you love our chocolates, in particular the Conkered Coffee (1 Star Gold Great Taste Award winner in 2018) and Macchiato Truffle. All our chocolates are hand-decorated using natural colours so there can be slight variations between the graphic images on our menus, but it can also be fun trying the chocolates without knowing what they are and loving a new flavour explosion!

We've tried to contact you about this to obtain more information and to put it right for you, but haven't had a response. We're really sorry to see that you've had a bad experience with one of our products. None of the items you ordered contain fresh cream or any other mould-forming products, so we'd like to see what the problem is and put it right for you. Even our sale items should still be good to eat even if they're past their Best Before date, and we'd never knowingly despatch mouldy products.

“There was a problem with my order, on the part of the delivery company. I let Chococo know my experience and they promptly resolved the issue. Very happy customer and will be buying from them again (though maybe a different delivery option next time). My rating reflects the second delivery.”
