We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Have ordered twice now as gifts! Great service; wonderful chocolates and they always look beautiful in the box. This last order they had to work around the hot temperatures and chocolates still arrived promptly and were perfect. Thank you!”

“They arrive damaged almost every month and I question the wisdom of sending them out in such hot weather without cooler packs 🤷‍♀️”

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear your chocolates have arrived damaged, but we haven’t received any contact from you regarding this order or any previous ones. We always encourage customers to reach out to our friendly Customer Care team if there are any issues. They’re here to help and can only resolve problems if they’re made aware of them. While we do pause shipments during very warm weather, if a box has arrived melted, please let us know promptly so we can investigate and, if necessary, raise the issue with our carrier. This way, we have the chance to make things right and ensure you’re happy, rather than hearing about it for the first time through a review. It’s a shame we weren’t given the opportunity to assist.

“I've used Chococo several times when I've wanted to send friends and family a nice gift. This time I ordered a selection of chocolate bars for my cousin but on other occasions I've ordered their fresh boxed chocolates or their hot chocolate. Without exception, my recipients have been delighted with their gift and they've given me really positive feedback about the quality of the chocolates, how nice they are and the fact they are beautifully packaged. As the buyer, I find Chococo's website very easy to navigate, they regularly offer discounts or bundles, and the service is excellent with gifts arriving within a couple of days of my order. Highly recommended.”

“Box compartments too small to pick up chocolates - had to upend the box to get them out. Chocs didn't match illustrations particularly well so we had to take pot luck with what we picked. Chocolate itself had slightly lard-y texture. Maybe that's what good-qualirty chocs are like but we didn't care for them particularly. On the plus side, the packaging is lovely (apart from sizing & pictures) and they arrived on time. Sorry but we won't be ordering again.”

Thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. We're sorry to hear that the box layout and presentation didn’t meet your expectations. On our enclosed menu card, we do recommend lifting out the grid dividers if you're having difficulty picking up the chocolates; this usually makes access much easier without needing to upend the box. As our chocolates are individually hand-decorated, the illustrations on the menu are intended as a visual guide rather than exact representations. In terms of texture and flavour, all of our filled chocolates are handcrafted using the finest single origin couvertures, including our award-winning 47% Colombia Milk and 72% Ecuador Dark chocolates. We appreciate that taste is subjective and are sorry that this particular style wasn’t to your preference. We're glad to hear you liked the packaging and that your order arrived on time, and we're grateful you gave our chocolates a try.

“I got this as a wedding anniversary treat for my husband. The scones were lovely and the brownies were divine! We just had to get some extra cream. We made tea to have with the scones and had the hot chocolate separate. There was a bit too much chocolate to have all in one go! I was very pleased with this and would get it again.”

“My favourite 'go to' chocolate emporium! I love the fresh chocolate boxes. Flavours beautifully created with unusual but delicious combinations. I have tried other chocolate brands but always come back to Chococo. If you haven't tried their selection, I urge you to! Definitely worth paying for such a treat.”
