We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“I ordered the fossil easter egg for my husband, he absolutely loved it. The chocolate was super thick and looked lovely. They also sent a free bar of vegan chocolate which was delicious, I'd never have expected it to taste that good but it did! Will definitely be ordering for more birthdays and easters.”

“Amazing chocolate. The vegan chocolate is the best I've had, it tasted like really good quality milk chocolate. Thank you There was a small issue with the order as I didn't receive any confirmation email, but the team were so helpful at resolving this and even upgraded the shipping.”

“They were great Easter bunny and hen for my nephews, I chose this site due to one of my nephews being dairy intolerant so being able to buy oat chocolate for him was great as he was able to eat chocolate without the consequences.”

“As a loyal fan, I would have given this a 5-star review a couple of years ago. However, this year, I’m disappointed with the quality of the chocolate and the fact that one of my Easter eggs arrived broken. I missed the two-week window to let them know, but I was still let down. In previous years, the eggs had a gorgeous, delicate layered quality that could tell they were handmade. This year, the texture and taste seemed different, and I was less impressed than in the past. I fear that with company growth, there has been a decrease in quality and care.”

Thank you for your feedback, we're really sorry to hear you were disappointed. We’re especially sorry one of your eggs arrived damaged, that’s never the experience we want for our customers. Had we known in time, we could have put this right for you. Please rest assured there has been no decrease in the quality or care we put into our chocolates; they are still made in Dorset in small batches, using the same single-origin chocolate and thoughtful attention to detail as always. We're sorry if you thought there was a difference, and appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts.

“Serious issue with ordering a chocolate penguin - my husband has been entirely unable to eat him, as starting with either beak or feet seems churlish. Permanent chocolate sculpture now! My daughter was less fussy and demolished him in a trice. We wondered if a chocolate egg could be added to the mould another time 😊”

We always pack our products with the utmost care, but unfortunately sometimes damage can happen during transit.
