About Chococo:

We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.
We believe truly fresh chocolates taste better & our customers & food experts agree, as we have won over 70 fine food awards over the years for our creations including most recently, 3 World medals at the International Chocolate Awards...enjoy!

“Ordering and delivery was good no issues, received on time, well packaged not damaged. The products were a bit bland. For the price bracket I expect better. I've purchased from several other chocolatiers whose products I prefer.”

“I am "old" and missed out on an Easter Egg last year. I consume 99% cacoa chocolate, 2 squares a night! I was therefore looking for a luxury Easter Egg to treat myself and my wife. I happened to read an article in the Times about cacoa and they slippped in a small advert for you in the article. I looked you up and chose a "collection" of Easter Egg, Easter Bunnies & Chickens and a couple of bars of chocolate. It was great, my desire for a luxury Easter Egg was well and truely met, I even shared it with my wife! Thank you for being there.”

“I purchased an Easter egg for my wife, the web site was easy to navigate and the product arrived in good time well packed. The egg was tasty and good value for money. I shall certainly be using chococo again. The only odd thing is that when I access my account it claims that I haven't any previous orders, not a problem just strange. I always try to buy my wife a 'special' Easter egg and this fitted the bill at half the price of previous purchases from other suppliers.”

“Chocolate is nice but service is patchy at best - was specifically told a free special offer item would be included in my order but it wasn't and when I pointed this out, I was ignored. My advice is to check you get what you paid for and assume that any special offers are a scam to lure you in but you wont get them. Lacklustre service from a “premium” brand.”

We're very sorry to read this and are genuinely sorry that the free bar wasn’t included with your order, especially after we confirmed it would be. That was a genuine mistake on our part, and we understand how frustrating that must have been. Just to clarify, the promotional code for the offer was active and working correctly at the time, but it needed to be entered at checkout with the promotional bar already added to the basket. It seems the issue may have been down to how the code was applied, and we’re sorry for any confusion. While we appreciate it’s disappointing not to receive the free item, we do want to reassure you that your paid-for order was correctly fulfilled, and the offer was not a scam - simply an error in applying the promotion and then a slip on our part in not manually correcting it as promised. We do take your feedback seriously, and we’ll be reviewing this internally to make sure we’re clearer with future offers and follow through properly when we say we will. Thank you again for your order, and we’re sorry we didn’t get everything quite right this time.
