“It was an easter gift for my grand daughter who is at Uni. She said the salted caramels were the best thing she had ever tasted! Ordering process was straightforward and it arrived on time. I will use Chococo again for gifts.”

With liquid caramel centres and a hint of Smoked Dorset Sea Salt from down the road in Portland, these chocolates were awarded a 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award in 2020. “I have bought your chocolates for a dear friend several times now. Each time she says they are far and away the best chocolates she has ever had. We're sorry to hear this. Our 47% Colombia milk chocolate is a 1 Star Gold Great Taste Award 2023 winner. It's produced in Colombia exclusively for us, made from Fino de Aroma cocoa beans and with just 30% added sugar, it has rich and creamy cocoa flavours with bright top notes.

“Just the best. Easy ordering, promt delivery, fair price for artisan chocolate, absolutely delicious. Clear ingredient listing which is very important to my family, having as we do, vegetarians and allergies. Always well received, we send them too each other rather frequently”

“My favourite chocolate. I love the fact I grew up with it near me and my nana would always take me. I have now moved out of Dorset (very sad) but this is always a gift I buy for people and they’re always amazed at the quality!”

Thank you, we're so glad that you loved the chocolate, but we're sorry to hear it was broken when you opened it. All our chocolate is packed and despatched perfect condition. We have used a plastic-free packaging format for our Easter eggs for a number of years with only a tiny number of issues which are more to do with how the eggs are handled in transit rather than the fault of the packaging. If any items are unfortunately broken, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt so that we can try and put it right for you.

We're so sorry to hear that you received a broken egg. This is certainly not how we want our lovely chocolate to arrive. We do hope that the chocolate was still a pleasure to eat despite its less-than-perfect appearance. All our chocolate gifts are despatched in perfect condition as we take the utmost care in wrapping them. But if any items are unfortunately broken in transit by circumstances beyond our control, please contact us as soon as possible after receipt, or within 2 weeks of a key gifting event (eg. Valentine's Day, Easter, Christmas).

“Great products and delivery. My wife is very particular about chocolate, it has to be excellent in quality and Chococo is a rfreshing change from her usual. She needs gluten and dairy free products and these are amazing in taste.”

You can find a full list of ingredients and allergy information on the product page for each of our products so it's easy to check for gluten and dairy, as well as other allergens. All our products are packaged with full ingredients information on them too.
