We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“I love the Chococo brand so this year ordered two of the large Easter eggs but sadly the packaging was just not good enough and the eggs arrived in pieces. The small eggs were ok in the post. Disappointing.”

“Advertising as a large Easter egg, however it did fit in the palm of 1 hand!!!! Very high price for what it was. Clever/shrewd marketing - price point of £35.00....guess the value of free postage! Anything with a value over £35.00 Overall, excellent website and promotion but very disappointing product. It was a gift but the taste was not great as per the advert”

Free postage is and has always been at the point of £60, so this isn't linked the to cost of our eggs. Thank you for your review.

“Not quite as deluxe as I was anticipating which makes the product a bit pricey. The innovative flavour combinations don't always come off and it seems rather like 'trying to hard'. Next day delivery not achieved.”

“This is the second time I have brought an Easter egg from them the first time it was broken and they replaced it and I tried again this year and it broken again the chocolate it self is good quality but the delivery is not i think I wor bothered with them again”

We have used our plastic-free packaging format for our eggs for a number of years now with only a very small number of damages, which are more to do with how the items are handled in transit rather than the fault of the packaging. If you had let us know, we would've been more than happy to resolve this issue for you.

“unhappy. I ordered 1 milk chocolate orange egg and 1 dark chocolate orange egg. However upon opening the box this evening they are both Milk. This leaves me with having to purchase and find at short notice a dark chocolate egg. And not the one my wife actually wanted.”

Thank you for your comments. We have asked this review to be revised as the correct eggs were sent to the customer, based on what they had ordered. This was two milk chocolate orange eggs. We completely understand mistakes can be made when placing orders, and would've happily changed the order had we known before it was dispatched!

“Not for me. Too many dark, hard chocolates. I tried but don't like dark chocolate. Also, flavours too complicated for. Wasted my money. I prefer milk chocolate anyway”
