“I had the Giant Dinosaur Easter Egg delivered straight to my nephew's house so I didn't get to see it. However, I don't think it should have been advertised as Giant. It was, indeed, almost twice the size of an ordinary Easter egg and twice the weight, so it was larger than the average Easter Egg. However I have seen much bigger eggs in the shops. I think the word Giant was a tad misleading. I'm not sure that the taste, nor the fossils have been commented on yet by the recipient, but I expect it will be good!”

Twice the size and twice the weight is pretty giant to us, and nearly half a kilo of chocolate is pretty mega too! All of our eggs showed the size and weight on the website, so we're a bit baffled about this tbh. But hopefully your nephew loved his egg, the fossils inside, and most importantly the chocolate.

“Packaging was eco friendly with no plastic or foil. Decoration of egg was beautiful and the dinosaurs and sea creatures inside were lovely. The honeycomb filled egg was more tasty that the all chocolate ones.”

“Quite expensive, but the eggs looked amazing and there were no non food substances in the ingredients list. I can't comment on taste as they were gifts for my grandchildren, but they disappeared quite fast!”

“I shopped with Chococo mainly because of their great vegan chocolate range that wasn’t only dark chocolate, but a good selection of creamy and flavoured chocolate too! They did not disappoint. Delivery was super quick, no issues or delays.”

Handcrafted from our 2023 Gold Great Taste award-winning, slave-free & ethical signature 47% Colombia origin milk chocolate, this egg is studded with mini milk chocolate turtles and starfish inside. Outside, the shell is hand-painted by our Chocolate Artists with naturally coloured ‘waves’ for a truly magical finish. Top that off with hand packing into plastic-free packaging and you can see why it's worth every penny.

“Nice presentation, something different than mass-produced commercial brands. The dark chocolate was very good. Did not enjoy the milk chocolate so much, had a strange bitter taste to it, but not in a good way as in the dark chocolate. The honeycomb was fantastic though.”

Our 47% Colombia Origin Milk Chocolate is a 1 Star Gold Great Taste Award 2023 winner. It's produced in Colombia exclusively for us with rich and creamy cocoa and bright top notes, it's made with Fino de Aroma cocoa beans and just 30% added sugar.

We're so pleased that your Mum loved the chocolate. We're a little confused as to why you might have thought placing an order with us was a scam, and are a little alarmed to read that on a review of us! We've checked your order and can see that a confirmation email was sent to you; perhaps it landed in your spam/junk/clutter box? You should also have received a 'Chocs Away' email from us when your order left us, as well as tracking updates by email or text from Royal Mail, so we're very sorry if none of this reached you.

“Thèse are Lovely chocolates But very expensive and don't represent good value, I paid nearly £21 for 16 chocolates. There are other upmarket brands where you would get a lot more chocolates for that money.”

Our delicious raisetrade chocolate is sustainable, slave free & ethical and our chocolates are hand-crafted, hand-decorated and hand packed into planet friendly, plastic-free packaging. Not all other 'upmarket' brands do this! We think they're worth every penny.

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this. We have used our plastic-free packaging format now for a couple of years with only a tiny number of issues which are more to do with how the eggs are handled in transit rather than the fault of the packaging. Our lovely Customer Care team are on hand to help with any delivery issues - just give them a call or drop them an email and they'll do all they can to put this right for you.

Oh no, we're sorry to hear this, but we're glad that the parcel got to you for Twixmas and you were still able to enjoy them. Looking at your order, it looks as though the incorrect postcode was used when placing the order, which most likely caused the problem with delivery. It's always a good idea to double-check all details on our order confirmations which are automatically issued as soon as orders are placed online. That way we have time to make any corrections or changes if necessary. It looks as though Royal Mail must have given your parcel the personal treatment and checked the postcode against the address, realised the error, and got your parcel to you, so a gold star to Royal Mail for this one!

“The chocolates were good for flavour but my wife and I felt that they needed to have a more " smooth " feel on the tongue. Still loved the varied flavours and will be looking out for them for birthdays etc i n our family and friends.”

“Very prompt and efficient service for which they should be commended. However I was confused over the validity of the promotional codes eg the 21st Birthday code did not apply to plant based products which I ordered, it only appeared in the small print, and also it was not clear on the timescale of CHOCJOY which I would have used if I knew it was still valid. I attempted to seek clarification on both by telephoning but could not get through!”

The 21st Birthday Code didn't apply to our Christmas Countdown Advent Calendars (Classic or Plant-Based) and you are only able to use one code per order.
