“Normally love Chococo chocolates. Feeling a bit disappointed with my box of 16 plain chocolates. Each chocolate seems smaller than I've had in the past and look a bit lost in their box. Flavours are good, but perhaps not what I would have chosen. I appreciate that they have been producing under unusual conditions and hope that they can get back to normal productivity soon. One item from my order was missing so I had to contact Chococo. Pleasant and apologetic response and instant replacement. I'll buy from a shop when available, but probably not online again.”

“The parcel of goodies was welcome during the lockdown. We preferred the 71% chocolate drops over the 75% for chocolatey-ness. The white chocolate was not very special. But we really enjoyed even the reduced range of chocolates in the box, and also liked the milk at 45% and 65%. The hot chocolate was good. Overall, a big hit. And it got here to Edinburgh very quickly. Thank you for continuing to work.”

“These are delicious chocolates make no mistake. The rating is only Good rather than Very Good because they are so difficult to get out of the box and I have tiny fingers.”

“There was a good choice of Easter gifts, and it was easy to order from the Website. My only disappointment was that the gift I selected arrived so early before Easter. I'd ordered early, to be sure it got there in time, but it arrived rather too soon, and was eaten long before Easter arrived!”

“Beautifully presented, fresh tasting and interesting combination of flavours kept us looking forward to eating them on every occasion! We ordered 2 boxes during the covid lockdown as a treat. Ideally we would have liked the 2 boxes to have a different selection. The menu that came with the chocolates was attractive and informative but we still found it difficult to work out which ones we had eaten (which sometimes detracted from our enjoyment).”

“Chocolate arrived in a timely fashion and was well received by the four recipients. The more artistic items are very unique such as the blue Ocean egg. Eggs were available to order two weeks before Easter, but not one week before ,however this is not a typical Easter with lock-down.”

“Very efficient service, delivered before the expected date which was great. Only problem was with the gift card - I ticked I wanted it as a gift and then missed the part where I filled it in. May be my fault but it wasn't obvious and I wasn't reminded to fill one in.”

“One order very prompt. Chocolates enjoyed by receiver of gift. One order delayed due to royal mail problems during coronavirus. But chococo responded very swiftly to my enquiry and offered immediate refund. Very happy with products and customer service”
