We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“The chocolates were tasty with unusual flavour combinations but it was quite hard to tell which was which as the drawings weren’t very clear! This is a bit of an issue for people with nut allergies (like me).”

Many thanks for taking the time to send us your review but I am a bit puzzled by your comment about the drawings not being clear for someone with nut allergies. We clearly flag any that contain nuts with a specific nut image next to the relevant chocolate. I am not sure what else we could do to make it any clearer to be honest, but I will include your comments in our team review next week to see if this element of the menu can be improved upon in any way. Dear Giles, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback but I am concerned to read that you thought one of the fish had been packed already broken. I would like to assure you that everything leaves us in perfect condition and if a fish was broken on arrival, that happened in transit. “They are good quality chocolates but we didn't love the whole selection in the box we ordered. If we were to compare them to a similar brand, Paul A Young is much better at least in respect of our taste.”

“The chocolates are great, we haven't used the present order so can't comment on those yet. I would have given 5 stars but one of the items was let off our delivery. This was remedied efficiently though.”

“Previous recipients were delighted with their gifts at Easter. The only reason that I have awarded 4 stars and not 5 is that the named day delivery did not work - it was a small extra charge but the delivery arrived on another day and not the day that I had specified.”

“I bought them for my husband as he loves unusual flavours. I was a little disappointed that the packaging included a plastic cover. Also the chocolate bar was broken in transit. Other than this, they look amazing and I'm sure he will be delighted.”

I can't see your order but it sounds like you might have a mini hamper? If so, the lid is fully recyclable! We have actually now sold out of that packaging format and have replaced those more traditional hamper box formats with cardboard gift bags as part of our drive to remove all plastic from our packaging as we sell out of existing stocks. “Loved the vegan Pumpkins for Halloween. I thought the other chocolate I ordered was also vegan, but it turned out it wasn't, so be careful when you search to double check before you order.”

“Always excellent chocolates. My fault for not checking but there were a lot of coconut fillings in the Halloween box so best avoided if you’re not a fan of coconut. Which I’m not. All the others were lovely.”
