Hi Rachel, apologies but we ran out of them sooner than we were expecting and have been blown away by the level of demand for our chocolates this Easter - we are struggling to make more, given all the staffing & distance constraints we are coping with, so thank you for being understanding.

Apologies for that - we got completely overwhelmed with orders and have only got a small team in at any one time to despatch in order to keep them safe, so we will do our best to make up for any such oversights in the future, once we know where we stand and can start making properly again.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback - making sure the chocolates match the pictures is an ongoing challenge as we do decorate them by hand, so the patterns don't always match exactly, but your comments are noted and it is something we discuss a lot!

Many thanks for taking the time to send us a review and many thanks too for helping us to support the important work of the SeaLife Trust. Whilst the egg is more expensive than commercial, mass produced eggs from supermarkets, it is cheaper than many of our artisan chocolatier competitors who are making similar items. Apologies for that error - we did let the team know that we had made a mistake with the gift message & discussed processes to ensure that it doesnt happen again - we do pack & despatch all our chocolates by hand, but do try to ensure that such mistakes don't happen. We hope it didnt detract too much from enjoying the chocolates.

“Nice chocolate, large range of different types and flavours. Found the milk and white based chocolates too fatty - leaving a fat layer on our tongues. Not nice.”

“Good quality and some interesting and original flavours (one with pear was amazing). Attractive design too but for a Valentine’s ‘sharing box’ I did expect at least a couple to be heart-shaped, so a minor disappointment there.”

“Wonderful chocolates and love eating them and sending them as gifts. But a problem this year: of the five gift lots I ordered two were specifically asked to be sent December 30. This was because the recipients would be away for Christmas and not return until the 29th. They were posted on the 21st, however, and only received by the recipients on the 30th & 31st. If you cannot deliver for later dates - and not too early - you should say so. I just hope the chocolates are still okay. Chocolates 10 stars - this year's mailing disappointing.”

“We loved Chococo chocolate and occasionally buy online and in the Dorset shop. The Christmas box of chocolates contained some boring centres & flavours alongside absolute gems. I would prefer to buy a really good flavoursome selection without duds. In fact we have one chocolate that is unidentifiable - please see photo! I bought 3 boxes - 2 as gifts & haven’t had feedback as yet.”
