“The chocolates were generally fabulous, some better than others it has to be said. There were real highs and a few lows. Overall I was very happy with them. The irritating thing was the difficulty in trying to identify which chocolates I had been sent. Many didnt seem to be on your menu card at all!”

Dear D Bird, Many thanks for your feedback - we are glad to hear that you enjoyed your chocolates. They should have all been on the menu though, so am a bit worried by your comment there. They are all hand-decorated, so can sometimes vary slightly from the picture, so I let the packing team know your feedback and ensure that they are packing chocolates which look most like their menu graphics! “Excellent, truly delicious chocolates! The only drawback being identifying them. 25 chocs in the box but the leaflet also shows dozens more that aren't in our selection. I guess because the selection changes etc., good to know when its fresh/handmade, but tbh it slightly takes the edge off, having to peer at all these descriptions and reading something that sounds amazing but then realising thats not quite what you've got. Or thinking its something you don't like e.g. coffee, liquorice and giving it to your husband only for him to tell you its actually an amazing kirsch ganache or something. Hey ho. But yes the chocolates are deee eeee licious.”

Dear Mark Many thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback. You are quite right, we are a bit different to other chocolate companies in that we do change our selection depending on the season and whilst we do change our main menu regularly to reflect the chocolates being made over that season, we are not necessarily making them all at the samet time or can't fit every chocolate in every box. Being a small business, creating bespoke menus for every box size and option is not yet an option. “What I’ve had so far (saving some for a weekend coming up) has been lovely! A recommend - buy some Good quality ice cream and break some of your white and milk chocolate in small cubes - mix. Indulge and enjoy!”

“Excellent chocolates and excellent fast delivery service. Unfortunately for the first time ever, the wrong gift message was sent out with the most recent delivery to my sister. Instead it was a message to a granny from people she did not know! Luckily we all saw the funny side!”

“I enjoyed the chocolate which did not have salt in it-unfortunately the salted chocolate‘s were very very salty and I could not eat any of it. I spent quite a lot of money on the chocolate I bought and feel that I should not have bought the salty chocolate which I had to as it was in a bundle as it is inedible. I bought your Christmas ring last year and it was so delicious”

“I loved the chocolates and also the mint, a lovely minty flavour. It would help if the identification pictures were a bit clearer. We had a very nice box of 16 dark chocolates but the chocs with little coloured dots particularly were a bit confusing. I like them all but my husband doesn't like nuts though he loves the caramels. Otherwise all very good.”

“The chocolates are phenomenal, no complaints at all. Originally I only had part of my delivery completed, customer service was great, and sent out my whole order again first class. I have yet to receive an email from chococo, only from associated parties as their email system can't handle Hotmail addresses, I didn't even receive the message promised for my customer service interaction.”

“I placed my order on Tuesday, it was despatched Wednesday and arrived Thursday, spot on my mum's birthday. Great service given the Covid restrictions. Delicious too by the way. I know the packages have to be kept small, but the chocolates were so tightly packed poor mum couldn't get her fingers around them to pick out one at a time”

“Bought the Venezuela chocolate drops these I like. I do seem to use a lot to make a mug of chocolate drink. I also bought the 70% dark chocolate from Madagascar flakes. Not so keen on these there again I am not a dark chocolate person so added sugar which made an acceptable drink.”
