We have been crafting fine chocolates in Dorset since 2002 with origin chocolate & local, seasonal ingredients (& no additives, preservatives or added sugar), so they are truly handmade, handpacked & delivered fresh.

“Chocolates look and taste great! The packaging is also very good. The only downside is that you provide a chart with all the chocs on that you make, so you have to hunt for the actual ones packaged. This is nit picking really..”

“Would be nice if rather than send them to myself and then ship to Ireland, then Chococo can do it themselves. Otherwise lovely chocolates as ever.”

Hi Angus, Thank you for your lovely review and we hope the chocolates are enjoyed! Unfortunately due to COVID and Brexit, we have had to stop International deliveries currently. “This was a gift to my family, they liked almost all the chocolates very much, obviously there's always one or two chocolate in any selection that no-one loves. Think it was a liquor one that was least liked.”

“The selection looks delicious, but have only tried one so far with caramel salted. We both love Swanage & Purbeck. My husband spent happy years in Swanage where his father was Rector in the 1960s.”

“Great chocolate. I love the Oakey Smokey Chilli and Cocoa Nibs. Sad to say the amount of chocolate you receive for the money is very disappointing. Not sure about ordering again as a result.”

“I did order a milk chocolate selection and most were dark chocolate which was a little disappointing, however the chocolates were very nice and the flavour combinations were great. Would order again for sure just not the dark for myself but my partner would love them again.”

“would have preferred fewer 'odd' flavours in the box, for instance alcohol. I guess I prefer more conventional chocolate flavours such as nuts, caramel, coconut etc.”

“My friend (Elizabeth Horn - which was the delivery address/person on the order) was very pleased with her chocolates - thanks! I don't know if I filled out your form wrong or something, but you're sending emails (feedback, delivery on its way etc.) to the delivery address/person who recieved the chocs rather than to me (Sam) who bought the chocs. Its not a major problem, its just a bit confusing that's all. Thanks, Sam”

Dear Sam, Thanks for your custom and for your feedback. I have checked your order and it is showing Elizabeth's name as the customer not you, so that is why any emails would be addressed to her rather than yourself. It is easily fixable if you order from us again in the future, just ensure that you supply your name & address for the billing details section (and save that information in the update box directly below) and the recipients details for the delivery address! “Box arrived in good time and in good packaging. Chocolates were of a very good quality, although I found the mix could have been better, from the 25 chocolates in the box, about a 5th were salted caramel (would have been fine if I was a fan I suppose). I am on a quest to find the best chocolates for me. These were good but I won't be returning for more.”

Dear Tracy Thanks for your custom & for your feedback but i am a bit confused as there should only be x2 sea salt caramels (x1 made with Dorset sea salt & one with Cornish) in a large non alcoholic box and x1 passionfruit caramel which has a totally different flavour profile. I will check this with the team tomorrow as there should be a good selection of different flavours for you to enjoy. Apologies if they doubled up on caramels for whatever reason. “Wonderful chocolates, but a complete lack of comprehensible labelling. It took half an hour to work out which chocolate is which and some are almost impossible to identify! Such a shame! Very difficult to remove from the box. On the whole packaging and labelling needs much improvement.”

Dear Geoffrey, Many thanks for your custom and for taking the team to send us your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you found our menu quite so difficult to use as we have included not just pictures of the chocolates, but also a description of each too. We also state in both the welcome card and in the menu itself that if you are having any difficulties extracting the chocolates, to lift out the internal grid dividers. The grids ensure that they travel in perfect condition but are easy to remove being cardboard. Please be assured that we take on board all feedback and work to improve our menu communication every time we re-print them and the new iteration is at the printers at the moment, but, as we make and decorate our chocolates by hand, the patterns can sometimes vary slightly from the picture. It is impossible to make each one exactly identical as these are not mass-produced, machine-made chocolates. We are very glad to hear though that you thought the chocolates wonderful. As you now know, some of our chocolates have a dark shell but sweeter centres, including caramels, so the overall taste experience is well balanced as a result. “Hi, they arrived to early. Which was a shame .But gift for my sisters 60 th birthday. She loved them loads. Also sent some to my mum. She loved them too. Think I will order some for me !”
