Great customer service. Particularly at this COVID time. The chocolates tasted a little tired though. Website said 2 week shelf life. I ordered £50 worth of chocolates for an anniversary. Some of them had an old chocolate taste about them. A bit like Christmas chocolate pennies. If I’m honest I was expecting better quality for the price. I don’t really like saying that because it’s tricky times. Again - customer service was great and responsive and the Chocs arrived very quickly (and we’ve eaten them very quickly too). Some of the flavours are very good indeed and others are more ‘everyday’ tasting rather than lux at the price point.

The chocolates were a gift, but unfortunately the gift message wasn't with the order. Fortunately the recipient did some sleuthing to find out who they came from (luckily she did this!)

They were nice. Some were amazing. But although there was an impact because of covid it seemed like all the really amazing flavours were limited with only 1 or none of them. There were lots of not so exciting chocolates though. Some repeated 5 times. That was disappointing even with the constraints of covid. Would be nice to be able to build up boxes of favourite flavours as an idea. I would like to say the two sea salt and caramel chocolates were the most amazing chocolates I've tasted. Thanks

Tasty but not as exciting or scrumptious as I had anticipated - disappointed to receive 2 of some when advertised range so wide - on balance not sure totally justified the price. In addition arrived 2 days before selected date thus reducing time to consume.

The online ordering system was a little confusing when splitting the order/sending items to different addresses. The system seemed to apply postage to each item and so I decided to order separately for each person. In doing so ended up with a double up for one relative and hence charged twice what we expected to pay. Still, lovely chocolate!!

Honeycomb are lovely. Caramels are too runny in the middle. Excellent service in the run up to Easter when others could notsupply

I ordered dark choc by mistake & despite contacting you immediately you were unable to alter my order. They were a gift & the recipient not a lover of dark chocolate so can’t really comment on what they were like. My mistake but not clear why it wasn’t possible to simply substitute for a milk chocolate variety.

The dinosaur eggs were great but unfortunately the honeycomb chocolates my wife gave me were stale and tasteless. I'm afraid I'm going to chuck them out :-(

Only 50% of a multiple order delivered. Not Chococo's fault. Their response very good to a late order. Problem with Royal Mail.

Easy to order but not so easy to receive. Only one of two orders was fulfilled, the first provided great enjoyment from a combination of lovely chocolate and a fun product. Sadly the second order was not delivered despite a prompt and encouraging response from Customer services.

Chocolate was really tasty but arrived damaged. I contacted them about this and they sent a replacement that was also damaged. It would have been nice if they had responded to my message. I did enjoy the chocolate but I think I’d stick to buying in store when I visit.

We love the chocolate but it was frustrating that I was unable to choose guaranteed delivery for the date of my daughter’s birthday. I tried several times but whenever I selected the date, the “guaranteed delivery” option vanished and the only option was standard delivery which is not on a guaranteed date. The order did arrive on the correct day, fortunately.

Chocs arrived on time and in good condition. The menu was confusing; some chocs crossed out but were in the box? 2 chocs labelled in handwriting with no picture. Some chocs don’t match any image. Chocs were so tightly packed, they’re really tricky to get out. Flavours were nice, choc itself had a great thick shell. Overall a mixed feeling.

Dear Minaxi, Thankyou for your feedback but to be honest we are very confused as there shouldn't be anything crossed out, or chocolates labelling in handwriting on any of our menus, especially at Christmas! The best way to get the chocolates out of our boxes easily is to lift the internal grids which we do suggest on the white card that should have been with the menu. We were slightly disappointed that the lid was fixed and the spout sealed up - I have purchased similar in the past which have allowed the recipient to actually use it at least once. The actual look of the teapot was good.

I like a mix of milk and dark chocolate so bought a mixed box to eat over Christmas, however to box we have received is disappointingly very heavy on the dark chocolate chocolates. The ones we have are tasty but a better mix would be nicer.
