“disappointing dark chocolates . the selection was indifferent with the inability to read the pictured description and find the appropriate chocolate in the box. not well marked too many similar being round dome shape.”

“For the first time you were not able to deliver on the date I requested. The chocolates were for my sisters 40th birthday and I wanted them to be a surprise so I didn't tell her the delivery slot. Disappointed as I have placed lots of orders with you in the past including a 6 month subscription for my parents that they absolutely loved. Chocolates themselves are amazing.”

“Chocolate was very good quality. But Easter egg had slipped from position and had marked the plastic windows on arrival-it look messy to say the least. I also thought the packaging was pretty meh for a high cost product and the size was very small.”

“Not your fault, but the post office couldn't deliver the first day, and by the time I'd picked up the order on day two they must have been kept in the oven or something similar overnight as the chocolates were decidedly the worse for wear. We ate most of them, but sadly nowhere near as nice as the previous order.”

“Dear Chococo, I have enjoyed your chocolates for many years. They were divine, they were handmade and delicious. But I am afraid their order was different. We haven't finished the box. I'm so sorry to say we were disappointed. They are far too sweet, they seem manufactured in a factory and mass produced now. I'm sorry to leave a negative feedback. But that's how we feel.”
