The next working day Matt Stanley telephoned with the news, contrary to what their website said, they did not have the number I wanted. He was very apologetic and said he would contact me when they had sourced more. True to his word he emailed and telephoned with the good news, and now my mother is delighted to have her full set of replacement bowls. I would happily use China Village again.”
