“Fantastic service! Website clear & easy to locate the items I wanted to replace. Prompt delivery & superbly packed - I undid all the twists of packing paper for recycling - it was a mountain! “Delicate China wrapped in newspaper as well as the packaging - so left grubby marks. Green sticker dots on China - are they seconds ?”

Hi, thank you for your feedback. The green got stickers are our grading system, green represents 'excellent' condition, and we use yellow for our lower grade of 'good'. We have found that newspaper is a very good packing material, as it is readily available to us, a perfect shock absorber, and more environmentally friendly than bubble wrap or polystyrene chips. However, going forward perhaps we should wrap the items in a plain paper rather than newspaper. Matt
