“Exceptional help from Matt Gibbons when I posted that I hadn’t recieved my parcel. The fault lay with the German postal system and not the company. My porcelain is in superb condition and was extremely well packed. I was hesitant placing an order from outside the UK and without being able to see the product but I now absolutely recommend this company. Thank you for your efficient and friendly service.”

“The Denby Greystone cereal bowls are excellent and arrived well packaged. Would buy from here again. Knocked a star off as the confirmation email said with our courier and didn't tell you which one. Started to worry when it hadn't arrived within 4 working days. It took 5 working days to arrive and came by Yodel.”

I can't tell you how happy I was to be able to buy one, as it has been in listings for over 15 years now. What a great find China village is, and such an efficient company! I shall be using them again. VERY many thanks.”
