“Quick service and item very well packaged. Only slightly odd thing was the offer of 10% off came very late in the checkout process. I had to go back and request it. They replied instantly, and I hope to see the discount in form of a refund come into my account in the near future.”

“Quick delivery and exellent quality of spoons I asked China Village to look after. Just one very slight negative, and not a complaint: the spoons came with a sticky green dot attached. The glue survived peeling, scratching at with a finger-nail, the dishwasher, a mild scoring pad and is still there.”

“Very well packed plates. I'm pleased with them. They're for my daughter, I broke one of hers so these are to replace that. My daughter and her husband had this service for their wedding 27 years ago, so it was really good to be able to find them at The China Village.”

“Hello, I have received the parcel today. All well wrapped and ready to use. Since the day of the order confirmation 10 working days have passed as you stated in your email. Often delivery companies work on weekends too, so I would suggest to make clear yours does not as it may lead to confusion to some customers. I was not in a hurry, so timing has been OK for me. But other customers may be in a hurry to have their parcels. Most importantly, you did not mention that customs payment must be added. This always comes as a nasty surprise. Again, I would suggest to have your customer well informed of what they can expect. You will not lose a selling but ganin a satisfeid clent. Let me remind you that I ticked the "find it for me" in my order for a sauce stand and three oval platters of that very same model of plates. Why is it that they do not have the Barratts or bhs letters on the down side? I hope to hear from you soon. Sofía Bengoa”
