“I ordered replacement plates for my 86yr old neighbour as she was very upset at breaking them. Ordering was easy online and the plates arrived very well packaged within a few days of ordering. Excellent service.”

“I must say that although my order was not delivered, The China Village management is wonderful! As I said in my previous comments the order was not delivered but only three days after receiving my review mas my emails, I had a refund of the exact value I had spent. Dear Ana, we are very sorry to hear your order has not arrived. We have contacted the courier who are unable to locate the parcel and so at this time we must declare the parcel as lost. As we do not have the stock availability to send out a replacement order we have issued you with a full refund. “At the start I wasn’t sure how things would go as we had never done this before but my wife was desperate to replace some broken items in the first set she had started collecting when we were first married. It was really simple on the web site to find the pattern and make we wanted and we just selected the items we needed. Done. After a couple of weeks we had an email to tell us some of the items we wanted were in stock and this was followed up with a phone call. We placed our order and a few days later everything arrived safely and perfectly matched the exsisting set”
