“I found and ordered three pieces of a dinner service which is no longer in production and which I required as replacements. The website was quite easy to negotiate. The prices compared favourably with prices I had seen elsewhere (not quite the cheapest but well at the reasonable end of the spectrum). The ordering process was simple. “I had requested information on a particular china tea cup that had been part of a set my parents had been given years before as a wedding anniversary gift. A cup had broken and Mum was upset. I found the design, easily enough on the website, but it was out of stock. I had completely forgotten about the request, so was very pleasantly surprised when I received phone calls and emails to tell me the team at China Village had found the cup, which I immediately ordered. The cup arrived a few days later, securely packed. My Mum is so pleased to be able to complete her treasured set again, and know she can find items again, should she have any further mishaps.
