“We ordered 3 items from one set of china and two from another, both were described as excellent. We were very pleased that when they arrived the items were exactly as described on the website and in excellent condition. The packaging they arrived in was strong and very protective. The items arrived in good time. The only negative was the item was left inside the gate of the estate we live in rather than being brought to our house, luckily we happened to see the package whilst driving out otherwise there is a chance it would never have arrived. Having said that given the quality of the goods we will use The China Village again if the need arises.”
