“The China Village had an impressive customer service experience with the prompt replies to inquiries and requests. Matt and Matt were accommodating to my specific shipping request and delivered it earlier than expected. The condition of my order was impeccable. As it was a gift, the receiver was extremely happy that her set is now complete and knows where to go if she needs to replace any other dishes.”
