“Online order received with marks on 1 shoe & the other show a different colour, clearly been displayed somewhere & at £275 it was unacceptable. Plus side was I took them into the shop in Leeds & the customer service from Mr. Gower was exceptional, he apologised profusely for poor service & exchanged them without any issue ensuring I left a happy customer. He stopped me never buying from you again! Please ensure he is commended.”

“The tracking did not update once the shipment left UK, which was problematic as I had a flight schedule. The uk service tracked well until it was handed off to the shipping partner, at which point it went silent. I did contact customer support a couple times on this issue and they were both responsive and helpful.”
