“Quite a difficult purchase! I first received the wrong size and colour! Then on phoning they said they’d pick up the wrong shoes and deliver the right ones! The first attempt failed, but they persisted and got it right eventually. I now have the right shoes, so excellent customer services in the end!”

“My Aunty liked the shoes bought as a birthday present. The delivery was not the best service.There was nowhere I could record where to leave the parcel if we weren’t home. Unfortunately the delivery came when no one could be in. I had to rearrange delivery and I thought it would not be here in time for her birthday. I was told I would get a txt when the parcel was at the post office , no txt was sent but we called and the parcel was there.”

“It is a lovely store with nice medium priced shoes and pleasant staff. The slippers are very nicely styled but feel cheaper than the identical ones I purchased from them 2 years ago. I will have to see if they last as long as the previous ones.”

“I love the shoes and I know Rieker are a good fit. I've also bought this style before. Love the colour as well. The only reason I've given 4 stars is that a friend ordered the same shoes as she liked mine from another Company for the same reduced price but didn't have to pay delivery.”

“I ordered sandals identical to ones I have had for some time and they arrived promptly. However, unfortunately they did not fit (they were the right size but I could not get my feet into them properly due to having a high instep, it seemed the design may have changed) so I had to return them. I then found it cost about £9 to return them via the recommended route. I have mobility issues which mean I cannot get to the shop easily to try things on and having to pay that much to return items means that sadly I don't think I will be buying online again.”
