“Beautiful boots but unfortunately too narrow so had to be returned. They were an H fit which was apparently supposed to be wide (Gabor). I don’t have wide feet so was a bit apprehensive about ordering them but in fact they were just too narrow. My return and refund was processed very quickly but I did have to pay £9.50 postage to return due to the cost of the boots (£99).”

“Visiting Keswick for a week’s rest and recuperation we decide to try to get dad some slippers whilst in town. What a lovely experience it was. All four sales assistants so obviously good at their job, giving us as much time as we needed. Ended up with two pairs of shoes as well as the slippers. The bonus was the 10% off as it is dad's birthday month. I’m sure the other shops are equally lovely but Keswick really came up trumps today.”
